Order Processing:
In-stock orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and ship. However, please be aware that it may take up to a week in some cases. If you have a specific deadline for receiving your order, such as an appointment with a gutter installer, please inform us so we can prioritize accordingly. For out-of-stock items, pre-order is available. For estimated shipping dates and updates on such orders, please feel free to contact us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the challenges faced in global logistics. Despite the various delays that can occur during transportation, from factories to our warehouse (trucks, trains, ships, ports, customs, etc.), we are actively working to deliver the products to you as quickly and regularly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will continue striving to earn your satisfaction.

Delivery:
We use FedEx Ground (Commercial and Residential) and Express services for shipping. The choice of carrier can be made during the order submission process. If you require Next Day Air service, please contact us by phone at (305) 281-6887 to place your order.
At CreativeRainSolutions.com, we may switch carriers, such as UPS, if we believe it will better serve our customers.

Expedited Shipping:
If you need your order sooner, please inform us. For products in stock, we often ship on the same day we receive the order. Kindly let us know your deadline, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Important Note:
Customers who use American Express cards are required to sign for packages received via FedEx. This measure is in place to ensure your security and minimize the possibility of lost shipments.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns:
Returns are accepted only with a Return Authorization (RAN) and under the following conditions:

Items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, within 7 days from purchase.

Returns will NOT be accepted if the products have been installed or if any aging or non-shipping damage has occurred.
Refunds will be issued for the merchandise amount only and do not include shipping charges. Before returning any items, please contact us by phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Clearance items are sold "as-is" and are non-refundable.

Patina items are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned.

Custom-length items, including link chain lengths and non-standard cup style lengths, are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned.

All stainless steel products are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned.

Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International Orders:
We are delighted to serve our international customers. Our preferred shipping method for international orders is USPS Priority International. International shipments are made once a week. For example, a single chain sent to BC, Canada, usually costs approximately $60 US and takes approximately one week to arrive. Please note that heavier or lighter the packages and shipments to other destinations may reduce or incur different shipping charges and/or durations.
